the OM centre is the hub for all OM offerings

Ossie Mair offers the eclectic modalities of Rhythm Circles and Sound Baths to provide healthy and fun ways for participants to cope with everyday stressors and life situations. His rhythm circles are dubbed Mindful Rhythm Circles, and combine the practice of mindfulness with the ancient art of hand drumming.  His Sound Baths are presented as meditations with sound, using the vibrations of gongs, didgeridoos, singing bowls, and other instruments, to induce emotional and physical well-being.

OM centre Offerings

OM Rhythm Circles

Rhythm Circles (aka Drum Circles) are contagious, spontaneous expressions of rhythm.  You don’t have to be an expert to participate, and at the OM centre, all instruments and basic instruction are provided.

The OM Rhythm Circles are lightly facilitated.  Ossie helps his groups create rhythms in the moment, using hand drums and other percussion instruments.  Special attention is always paid to the skill level of all players to make this an enjoyable rhythm experience for all.

Sound Baths

the OM centre Sound Bath Experience is a journey of pure sound and vibration.  It is called a sound bath because you are bathed in the healing vibrations of relaxing,  musical instruments like Gongs, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Didgeridoos, and more.  You are completely immersed in sound, washing away the negativity and tension in your body and mind, replacing them with positivity, peace, and harmony.  And because we all respond differently to similar stimuli, so too, you will experience the OM centre Sound Bath in your own unique way.
